Salute To The Saviors Of Nigeria Democracy

Nnamani Senate readies Nigeria for imminent revolution

New York, May 26, 2006—Following Nigerian Senate’s overwhelming defeat of attempt to scuttle democracy in Nigeria on May 16 2006, and;

Following General Olusegun Obasanjo’s announced total and unconditional surrender to the wishes of Nigerian people epitomized by announcing that the defeat of his term elongation bill is “a victory for democracy”, Africans In America, Inc. wish to state the following:

First of all, we salute the George Washingtons, Alexander Hamiltons and other heroes of the modern Nigeria led by Senate President, Hon. Ken Nnamani and Hon. Uche Chukwumerije just to name only a few.

By resisting the alleged pressure from the Presidency to bend the voting rules;

By rejecting voice vote, rejecting secret vote, rejecting alleged juicy job offers and bribes, and most importantly, by allowing television coverage of the actual voting process;

By siding with the people wish for total transparency in choosing to conduct the votes in open ballot, Hon. Ken Nnamani has stamped his name in the good book of Nigerian history. His courage has saved Nigeria from clear and imminent social upheaval and bloodshed.

General Olusegun Obasanjo like the defeated Biafran Generals must exercise sportsmanship and religiously abide by the ‘surrender’ instruments. As he negotiate for ‘soft-landing’, the President must conduct free and fair election for the first time in the history of Nigeria, since the June 12 1993 general election.

We call on the energized and exalted Nigeria legislature, and the executive branch to ensure that the 2007 election is never again punctuated by the characteristic satanic ritual killings and human sacrifices to seal oaths and covenants characteristic of past Nigerian elections.

President Obasanjo must sign executive order barring all candidates for political office and the godfathers (sponsors) from patronizing any satanic shrines in or outside the country. Such practice must result in outright disqualification and severe weight of the law.

It has to be noted here that on August 4, 2004, the Nigerian police raided a satanic shrine at Okija, Anambra State and discovered hundreds of dead bodies and human body parts openly displayed and at various levels of decomposition. The police also recovered over five registers containing the names of the patrons of the shrine.

A federal lawmaker and some prominent political, social and business leaders including a state governor (medical doctor by profession) gave press interviews admitting patronizing the shrine. Some of those admitted patrons requested the police to quiz the governor regarding the dead bodies found there. The governor retaliated by publicly admitted visiting the shrine as a client, and alleged that a powerful syndicate with access to the presidency took him there at gunpoint at about 2.00 a.m. to swear oath of obedience prior to his declaration as winner in 2003 election.

The police later gave a press conference stating that forensic and pathological examination show that some of the dead bodies recovered from the Okija shrine had head injuries, which are signs that they were murdered.

Subsequent investigative studies reveal that prominent government, social and business leaders routinely patronize satanic shrines to perform ritual killings to seal oaths and covenants, clear issues of human rights violations. However, as most cases involving powerful and well-connected individuals, Nigerian authorities have been incapable of effectively dealing with this clear case of human rights horror.

Africans In America, Inc. hopes that this new dawn in patriotism, courage and boldness, transparency and accountability ushered in by Nnamani Senate (Nnaminism) will be the spark to the long overdue revolution (widespread reform) in Nigeria.

We are calling for clinical investigation of all violent acts and reported illegalities visited upon individuals and institutions during the tenure elongation brigandage.
