Assets and Products Donations

Africans In America, Inc. (AIA) is recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) organization. All donations (cash, products, or assets) are tax-deductible to the fullest extent the law permits.

We will issue receipt of acknowledgment for tax-deductible contributions.

Suitable Items

It is very important that the equipments be in working condition with all of its parts since AIA do not usually have replacement parts. Ours is a reuse program, not a repair program. We accept new, used and refurbished products. We accept real estate donation regardless of the condition.

Steps in the donation process:

1. Africans In America, Inc. accepts only suitable items, which are:
a). Immediately re-usable requiring no repairs;
b). It must be clean and in good working condition.

2. To make products/assets donation, select and click on the items below to complete the process or contact our office.

Africans In America, Inc. appreciates information referral for corporate donors. If you work at, or know of a company that would be a candidate for donating items to AIA, let us know so we can make contact. Information such as:

1. Name, address, phone, fax, email and website of the company
2. Items, and quantity offering
3. Name of corporate officer to contact and direct contact information
4. Best way to approach this particular donor
5. Is it okay to mention your name as reference?
6. Your name, address, email and phone number
