Tax deductible contributions
Africans In America, Inc. is recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) organization. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent the law permits.
We will issue receipt of acknowledgment for tax-deductible contributions.
Please consult with your tax/financial advisor regarding the many favorable tax benefits on gifting cash, products, stock, real estate and other properties for charitable purposes.
Forms of Donations
We accept financial donations in form of checks, money orders, money transfer and online using credit cards via Secure PayPal, as well as end-products and assets donations.

Africans In America, Inc. encourages genuine donations and wants donors to ensure that the following apply regarding this donation:
- This contribution is made from donor’s own funds, and not those of another.
- If donation is made from credit card, that this contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card for which donor have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made on the card of un-authorized person.
- If donation is made from the general treasury funds of a corporation or organization, that donor is the authorized person to make this donation.
- If end-products donation, that donor is the owner, or, authorized person to make this donation.
General operating and Project support
Africans In America, Inc. accepts both general and project specific support. If donor wants to tie contribution to a specific project, please indicate so, clearly.
